The search for a missing Maries county lady has some new evidence that might lead authorities closer to finding her.

Kinga Gillibrand has been missing since the beginning of June. Maries County Sheriff Chris Hietman received a tip Tuesday evening from a man who said that his dogs found something in his yard. Hietman described these items as “very suspicious” and that they recovered some evidence that led us to believe that the remains of Ms. Gillibrand may be in the general vicinity. They have conducted a search of the surrounding area and thus far have not discovered any more information. Hietman says they’ll continue to search for Gillibrand but asks residents to call the Maries County Sheriff’s office at 573-422-3381, if they find something that may be out of place.
