Roadwork for the Week of July 26th – August 2nd
Here’s a check of the road work for the week.
In Camden County on the new expressway, grading continues from Cabana to Mace Road, traffic on Bluff Road has been detoured through the Osage Beach Parkway south and Fort Osage Road. Broadwater traffic is being detoured to Oak Road, the new Case Road is getting traffic lights, grading continues from Nichols to Case Road and from west of route KK to El Terra. And minor delays can be expected on route five from one mile north of route F to route F. Crews there will finish the asphalt paving and then begin guardrail installation and striping. In Miller County traffic will be reduced to one lane on eastbound highway 54 towards the Baymont Inn for the rest of the summer. A ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Osage River Bridge at route 17 will take place Monday August the 16th at ten in the morning. And in Morgan County, route 5 on the south end between route 52 and the Morgan County line, one lane will be open today through Thursday for roadway maintenance. And the route JJ bridge over the Richland Creek is closed. Routes D, 50, and 135 are being used as alternate routes.
