Lebanon Man Pleads Not Guilty

A Lebanon man accused in the deaths of two Laclede County residents is pleading not guilty.

Jesse Dean Driskill appeared before an associate circuit judge Wednesday for his arraignment.  The Lebanon thirty year old is charged with two murders in the deaths of 82 year old Johnnie Wilson and his wife 76 year old Coleen in their rural Laclede County home. On Monday Driskill was captured by the Missouri State Highway Patrol at his home after the Wilson’s were found dead from severe head trauma inside their home.  Driskill had apparently told friends that he had burglarized the couple’s home, raped the elderly woman and shot them both in the head. Bloody clothes were found in the Lebanon man’s home.  With the not guilty plea, Driskill was returned to the Laclede County jail and will be back in court August 16th for a motion hearing. In addition to the two murder charges Driskill faces armed criminal action, burglary and felony stealing charges.
