There will be a-no wake zone around the Hurricane Deck Bridge this weekend for the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout. 

The event, which we broadcast live and on Charter Cable Channel 9, takes place Saturday and Sunday.

The Missouri State Water Patrol will establish a no wake zone from ten o’clock to five o’clock each day from the 31.5 MM to the 36 MM.

The water patrol, the U.S. Coast Guard, the local Coast Guard Auxiliary, and local fire department crews will all be on boats directing spectators.  There will be established areas where boats can anchor and pass through the racing area at idle speed.
