Man Jailed for Several Burglaries
A Camden County man is jailed and suspected in several area burglaries.
The burglaries started back on Wednesday, August 18th, when Camdenton Police repsonded to a home that had a safe destroyed as well as valuables missing. Camdenton detectives then spent the next few days linking a series of burglaries.
Camdenton Police were informed early last week that Kenneth C. Jones of Camden County was seen with some of the stolen items. Camden County deputies assisted Camdenton with Jones’ arrest. Jewelry, coins, and other items were found and a vehicle purchased with pawn shop money was also seized.
Jones has been tied to six different burglaries. The Camden County man has been charged with second degree burglary. His bond has been set at $60,000.
