A local woman is hospitalized after an accident Tuesday morning in Morgan County. 

The incident happened just after 8 o’clock.

Sixty-five-year old Silena Marshall was driving her 2010 Toyota south on North Ivy Bend Road when the Toyota went off the left side of the road.  The Toyota hit a large tree.  Marshall was wearing her seat belt.

The Stover woman was taken to Lake Regional Hospital with moderate injuries.
