2 Held In Drug Bust
In a joint investigation with the Moniteau County Sheriff’s Office, the Tipton Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force have released information regaurding the arrest of two pwoplw believed to be involved in the manufacture and sale of marijuana and methemphetamine. A search warrant was executed at a home located on Greenwood Drive in Moniteau County. Justin T. Moore and Allison M. Koechner of Tipton were arrested at the scene.
Officers recovered methamphetamine, marijuana, digital scales, packaging material consistent with the sale of methamphetamine and materials consistent with the counterfeiting of U.S. currency. Officers also recovered surveillance equipment and cameras. Moore was charged with Possession With Intent To Distribute A Controlled Substance, a Class B felony. He is being held without bond at the Moniteau County Jail.
Koechner was charged with Possession With Intent To Distribute A Controlled Substance, a Class B felony and Forgery, a Class C felony. She is being held without bond at the Moniteau County Jail.
