Neighbors May Dual for 4th Congressional Seat

The redrawn 4th congressional district may have an expanded political season.
Cass County prosecutor Teresa Hensley from Harrisonville plans to seek the Democrat nomination for the seat. Republican Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler, also of Harrisonville, has held the seat since defeating Ike Skelton.
In the redrawing of the fourth congressional district Cole, Ray, Lafayette and Saline counties were removed. Boone, Cooper, Howard, Randolph, and most of Audrain added.
