OBPD, IRS Warn of Scam Artists Posing as IRS Agents

Osage Beach police say an elderly woman received a call from a man posing as an IRS agent wanting to “update her information” in their file. She became suspicious, didn’t answer his questions, and called police because she wanted to warn others.
