Suspect Arrested in Richland Shooting

Camden County deputies responded to a shooting in Richland last night. The 32-year-old victim told officers when he went to his ex-girlfriend’s home on in the 100 block of Rod Condon Road to retrieve his car, he was confronted by her 24-year-old son, armed with a semi-automatic handgun. He fired a round in the direction of the vehicle and struck the victim in the leg. The injuries were non-life threatening. The suspect is being held at the Camden County jail, awaiting formal charges.
