Prop B Bus Tour in Camdenton

The Show-Me a Brighter Future Proposition B Bus Tour stops in Camdenton tomorrow afternoon, to rally support. Prop B would add a 73-cent tax to a pack of cigarettes and other tobacco products to help fund efforts to reducing smoking and provide new funding for Missouri’s public schools, colleges and universities.  Missouri’s cigarette tax is currently 13-cents, the lowest in the nation.  The measure on next month’s ballot would raise that to 90-cents.  The Bus will be at the Camden County Courthouse at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday.
