Man and Woman Arrested in Drug Raid

Two suspects are in custody following an early morning drug bust in a mobile home near Camdenton. According to Camden County Sheriff’s Department Captain Kelly Luttrell, Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Bureau and SWAT Team executed a search warrant in the 5000 block of Business Route 5. 51-year-old David E. Ballentine  Jr. of  Camdenton and a 31-year-old Alisha Owens of Macks Creek are both charged with felony drug possession, unlawful possession of a weapon and tampering with evidence.  They’re being held without bail in the Camden County jail.
