Stover Man Charged With Abusing Infant

A Morgan County man has been arrested for allegedly abusing a 2-month-old baby. Stover Police were alerted to an infant in the Capital Region Medical Center’s emergency room on Monday. The child had sustained a head injury consistent with physical abuse. Joshua Gerlach of Stover is charged with neglect of a child with serious emotional or physical injury. He’s being held at the Morgan County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
