Eldon Man Arrested After Crash in Miller County

Two people are taken to the hospital and one person is arrested after a two vehicle crash over the weekend in Miller County. The Missouri Highway Patrol says on Saturday evening, a pick up driven by 20-year old Dalton Farris of Eldon failed to yield to another pick up driven by 67-year old Edward Oberkrom of St. Louis at the intersection of Highway 54 and Route M-M. Farris and Oberkrom were both taken to a Jefferson City hospital for treatment. The Highway Patrol says Farris was arrested on charges of assault on driving under the influence of drugs.
