Van Note Trial Now November 2013

Saying they need more time to prepare, attorney’s for Susan Van Note got a Boone County Circuit Court judge to push her murder trial back to November 2013. Van Note’s charged with forgery and first degree murder for the 2010 death of her father, William Van Note at his Sunrise Beach home. Susan Van Note’s free on $1-million bond.
