James Vaughn Appointed Morgan County Presiding Commissioner

Governor Nixon has announced the appointment of Democrat James Vaughn of Versailles as the new Presiding Commissioner for Morgan County. Vaughn will fill the term of the late Jay Fisher, who passed away in November. A lifelong Morgan County resident, Vaughncurrently works for the Morgan County Eastern District Road Department.
