Camden County Residents Using New Drug Take-Back Box

Nearly 42 pounds of unwanted medication is collected by the Camden County Sheriff’s Office. All of the drugs have been put inside the drug take-back box located in the lobby of the sheriff’s office in Camdenton. The box has been available to the public since December 12th. Sheriff Dwight Franklin encourages residents to utilize this free way to dispose of unwanted, unused, and/or expired medications.  And he hopes to install additional collection boxes in other areas of the county.
