Morgan County Pastor in Court

A Morgan County pastor facing charges in two separate sex crimes cases is expected to be in court today.  A case review is set for 42-year old Travis Smith in Moniteau County court.  He is charged with statutory rape and statutory sodomy from an alleged incident in January of 2005.  He is also facing a charge of forcible rape, statutory rape and sexual abuse from a different incident in March of 1998.  Smith is also charged with statutory rape from another incident in February of 1999.  Smith is still listed as the pastor of  the First Baptist Church in Stover.  He remains free on bond.
