McCabe Waives Right to Jury Trial

New developments in the triple-murder trial scheduled to take place at the Camden County Courthouse next week.  Morris McCabe, charged with the 2010 shooting deaths of Sally Amos, Don Meyers, and Don Young of Stoutland, has waived his right to a jury trial.  And Camden County Prosecutor Brian Keedy has withdrawn the State’s intent to seek the death penalty.  The case will now be heard and decided by Judge Kenneth Hayden beginning next Monday in Camdenton.
