Highway Patrol Seat Belt Safe with Carl Edwards

The Missouri highway patrol has teamed up with NASCAR driver Carl Edwards to help emphasize how important seat belt safety is in saving your life in an accident.

In 2011, a Missouri driver’s chance of being killed in a traffic crash if they were not wearing a seat belt was 42 times greater than that of a driver who was buckled up.
