Versailles Meat Processing Facility Resumes Operations

It’s back to business at a Morgan County meat processor. Leinbach Custom Butchering in Versailles was shut down Monday after failing an inspection. The Missouri Department of Agriculture Meat and Poultry Inspection Program says the violations have been addressed and custom exempt processing permissions for the facility have been reinstated. The use of non-potable water resulted in the suspension of its processing permissions.
