Stover Pastor Back in Court

A Stover pastor, facing sex crime charges from several years ago, is back in a Moniteau County court room.  On Tuesday, Travis Smith appeared for a case review.  He will be back in court for a preliminary hearing on April 16th.  Smith is charged with statutory rape, statutory sodomy, sexual abuse and forcible rape from incidents that allegedly happened in 1998, 1999 and 2005.  Smith is free on bond and is the pastor of the First Baptist Church in Stover.
