Two Children Hurt in ATV Accident

A teenage boy and his 11-year-old sister were injured in an ATV accident in Morgan County Saturday afternoon. According to the Highway Patrol, 13-year-old Justin Thompson lost control of the ATV while crossing a creek and struck an embankment on private property off Highway 5 in Gravois Mills Thompson and his sister were thrown off the vehicle Both were taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital.
