Judge Considers Verdict in Morris McCabe Triple-Murder Trial
Testimony has concluded in the Morris McCabe triple-murder trial at the Camden County courthouse. The prosecution and defense both gave their closing arguments today. McCabe is charged with the December, 2010 shooting deaths of Donald Meyer, Donald Young and Sally Amos inside a mobile home in Stoutland. McCabe waived his right to a jury trial, and the case is being decided by Judge Kennth Hayden. He expects to announce his verdict when court resumes on Tuesday, July 9th.
