Three individuals are in custody today following an investigation into the Puff-n-Snuff in Eldon Missouri. According to the Miller County Prosecuting Attorney’s office, Eldon Police executed a search warrant on Tuesday at the shop on 1900 business highway 54. Officers arrested one person on site while two others were arrested over the next day. Prosecuting Attorney Matt Howard has filed charges against those arrested, including two counts of a sale of an imitation controlled substance for 48 year old Robin Parker, one county of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance to 58 year old Kaye Barnhart and one count of sale of an imitation of a controlled substance to 47 year old Pamela Jo White-Wood, all of Eldon. Each felony carries a maximum of up to 4 years in jail and a maximum fine of $5,000. Bond was set for each suspect at $10,000 and an arraignment for all 3 is set for September 17th before Judge Ken Oswald.
