DWI Offenders Can’t Say No In Miller County

Law Enforcement Agencies in miller county now have a new tool at their disposal in combating drunk driving. prosecuting attorney matt howard says there is now a no refusal policy on DWI arrests in the county.

Howard says cooperation is the key to successfully using the new technology.

Howard says the County now has a no refusal policy and those suspected of DWI can no longer refuse a blood test.

    my question is… who will be drawing the blood? r they just gonna do it right there on the side of the highway?? i think i might have a problem with that, not very stable or sterile!!! plus they went to the police academy not nursing school !??!
