Law Enforcement Officials have issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a 2-year-old Jefferson City child. Police say Jack Randolph was last seen yesterday afternoon with his father, 36-year-old Kerry Randolph. Randolph apparently texted the boy’s mother and asked if he and a friend could take him to Atlanta, Georgia. The suspects may be driving a 1996 White Cadillac El Dorado with Missouri license plate WB7X6A. The little boy is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone seeing the two suspects or the child is asked to call their local Law Enforcement Agency.
