Federal Energy Regulatory Commission FERC / Vicky Hartzler, Today was a pre election promotion on her part to garnish votes. The real plan should be to dismantle FERC reduce the Bureaucracy and seek bids to re license / operate the Hydro Electric Power for the DAM.
I said this for several Years and I would move in that direction. Remember. a proposed Bill to do anything has to pass the House and Senate and be signed by the President.
