There has been a new development in the case of a child’s skeletal remains discovered last year near Dixon. Investigators have released new images showing what the child possibly looked like. Police are hoping the release of the forensic drawing of the victim along with a description of other characteristics which have been determined by studying the remains will help with identification. Authorities believe the child was between the ages of 8 and 13 but are not sure if the child was a boy or girl. The victim could have also had a background of Native American, Hispanic or Latin ancestry.
