The Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group has hit the jackpot when it comes to nailing those doing wrong with drugs. Over the course of the past year or more, L.a.n.e.g. has been working with the Laclede County and city of Lebanon Police Departments along with the Highway Patrol on a probe into drug activity throughout Laclede County which ended Thursday afternoon. According to a report, officers arrested 13 people on drug charges and police say there are still more to come. Charges range from possession of methamphetamine to morphine.
