Voters at the Lake of the Ozarks will weigh-in on a number of local races and issues during tomorrow’s election. Four candidates for Eldon Ward Seats will be on the ballot including the race for City Marshal between incumbent Rodney Fair and Kevin Virgin. In the City of Laurie incumbent Herb Keck and Scott Fahrer will face off for the Mayor seat while all incumbents for the ward positions have re-filed. Three seats are open on the Board of Trustees for Village of Four Seasons; all incumbents have re-filed as well as for the Villages of Sunrise Beach both incumbents have re-filed for the two seats on the Board of Trustees.
A no tax bond issue will be decided by voters in the Eldon School District, while Warsaw, Morgan County and Lebanon School Districts will decide the fate of tax levy increases. The Mid-County Fire Protection District will be putting a 12-cent tax levy increase before voters as well. Five candidates for the Lake Ozark Board of Alderman will be on the ballot tomorrow while nine people are running for various offices in the city of Osage Beach including the race for mayor between incumbent Penny Lyons and W.W. Bill Stone, and candidates for three Board of Alderman seats as well as a special Road District seat are all running uncontested in Camdenton.
