Missouri authorities have issued an endangered person advisory for a four year old boy who was reported missing after his caretaker failed to turn him over to the custody of his grandparents. Lance Webb was last seen at 5:15 p.m. Thursday at 26311 Samantha Lane in Waynesville and is described as a white male, 36 inches tall, weighing 40 pounds, with dark blond hair, hazel eyes, a scar on the right side of his mouth, two scars under his left eye and a cast on his left leg. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and jeans. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department reports that Christopher Wetherall is a suspect in the case and is described as a white male, age 29, height 5’8″, weighing 200 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes. His vehicle is described as a black and silver 2004 Dodge Ram bearing Colorado license plate 377CQB. Authorities ask that anyone having any information related to the case please report it to the nearest law enforcement agency.
