With yesterday’s severe storm activity one of the questions that comes to mind is what should I do when dangerous weather is in the area?  Sergeant Arlyne Page with the Osage Beach Police Department says there are specific things residents can do.

Page says it’s also important to have a battery operated radio to listen for severe weather information and to make sure pets are safe and secure as well.  Governor Jay Nixon declared a State of Emergency yesterday in response to the storm activity that hit a large portion of the state including the KRMS listening area.
