A “to do” list of more than 3 hundred items has been approved by the Missouri Senate. The projects are detailed in a resolution that passed yesterday and could be funded thru a bonding proposal. Sources say the plan would designate $200-million dollars for a new mental health hospital in Fulton and an additional $400-million dollars of bonds would be split among state facilities and public colleges and universities. The bonds would fund maintenance and repairs that were put off during the recession. Both measures now go to the house for consideration.
