100,000 Missourians Have Recovered From COVID 19

The number of COVID 19 cases remain high across the Show Me State, but the reality is the recovery numbers are almost identical.

Speaking at a press briefing on Wednesday, Governor Mike Parson indicated too often the total number of cases are the only thing being displayed by statewide media.

Parson says they look at all data before determining how the state is doing, which includes the number of recovered and the number of hospitalized patients.

Currently in the Lake area we have 407 active cases of COVID 19. Over 2,000 people have recovered from the virus and there have been 43 deaths across the 4-county region.
