The Morgan County Prosecutor’s office reports nineteen people have been charged with felonies over the course of the last month. Four of the nineteen people charged face assault or weapons charges and five face drug charges. Prosecuting Attorney Dustin Dunklee also reports there were 78 misdemeanor or infraction cases filed during that timeframe. Among those with felony charges is David Racso, who made police hunt for him before finally turning himself in on the 17th after allegedly robbing the Subway in Versailles on the 15th. Rasco’s charges include Armed Criminal Action and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. A complete list of the felony charges filed this month is posted on the Prosecutor’s Facebook page.
