The Missouri department of revenue is changing the way it deliverers it’s important tax information to all Missourians. You will no longer get your 1099-g letters through the mail like it has been in the past. Instead you will get a post card telling you where to go on the internet to get the information you will need as well as a phone number you can call if you do not have a computer or internet service. Spokesman Ted Farnen of the Missouri department of revenue explains:
He says Missourians can likely expect the postcard to arrive sometime in January and assures everyone that it will not display their personal information.
