While traditional tourism remains a top priority, the economic future of Camden County could also very well depend on taking a pro-business stance. That’s according to Second District Commissioner-Elect Don Williams who says better roads and bridges are vital to drawing a more diversified mix of business which, ultimately, could help to transform the Lake Area into more of a year-round destination…
Williams goes onto say that one industry in particular, the bio-medical field, could really spur growth in the area. Williams is running unopposed in the November General Election and looks forward to working with commissioners Bev Thomas and Greg Hasty.
