An Osage Beach man faces vehicle theft and DWI charges after crashing a car on Osage Beach Parkway. 31-year-old Brian Born was arrested after police responded to a report of an accident at the east end of the Grand Glaize Bridge early yesterday morning. According to officers, he was seen at a bar before taking the car which didn’t belong to him without permission from the owner. Born is being held in the Camden County jail on $5,000 bail.
