Accident In Morgan County Sends Lake Ozark Woman To The Hospital

One person is seriously hurt after a two car crash in Morgan County.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says Destiny Schaumberg of Lake Ozark was stopped at the stop sign at US 50 and Missouri Highway 5 in Morgan County.

Investigators say Schaumberg failed to yield to traffic on Highway 50 and was hit by Shelbie Stafford of Eldon.

Stafford and another passenger were not seriously hurt, but Schaumberg was taken to University Hospital in Columbia.
