The case against a Camdenton man facing several sex-related charges involving, at least, two young girls and a charge of child abuse or neglect will proceed to trial. Darrell Rountree, who’s being held on a reduced bond of $250-thousand, appeared in custody this past week waiving his formal arraignment on the circuit level. Rountree is accused of abusing the two young girls and inviting other adults to participate including the mother of, at least, one of the victims. Charges against Rountree include five counts of statutory sodomy deviate sexual intercourse and one count of child abuse or neglect. The next court date for Rountree has not, yet, been scheduled.
