A man accused of multiple sex crimes who was requesting a bond reduction will be staying behind bars. In a hearing held this week, a judge determined that a motion for reduced bond filed on behalf of defendant Terry Simpson was “untimely. Simpson is scheduled to stand trial in February on three counts of statutory sodomy and two counts of sexual misconduct. The allegations date back to 2006 and 2008. The alleged victims in the case were under the age of 15.
