An admitted child rapist whose trial was eventually dismissed is back behind bars. Aaron Fisher, formerly of Brumley, had confessed to the rape charge, but his case was still dismissed due to a violation of his constitutional right to a speedy trial. Miller Prosecuting Attorney Ben Winfrey filed a charge for 1st Degree Assault last week for the same incident. Fisher was arrested in Bowling Green, Ohio on Monday. His bond has been set at $100,000.
