Two people are dead after a single-engine airplane crashed Saturday afternoon into a wooded area near Lee C. Fine Airport, in Miller County. Sergeant Scott White, with the Highway Patrol, says several agencies responded. The two occupants of the plane were pronounced dead at the scene by Coroner Rick Callahan. The victims are identified as 56-year-old Bruce Hensler and 30-year-old Sarah Hensler…both from New Britain, Pennsylvania. It’s believed that Mister Hensler was the pilot when the plane went down. At the time of the press release being issued, it’s unknown where the aircraft had taken off from or its destination. Investigators from the FAA are expected to be on the scene sometime on Sunday to investigate the cause of the crash.
