More information is released about two drug arrests last weekend in Osage Beach. Police say on Saturday night, a business owner in the 53 hundred block of Osage Beach Parkway reported two men in the parking lot of his business completing what he thought was a drug deal. The owner told the men that police were on the way and 32-year old Michael Fields of Poplar Bluff and 22-year old Elias Humphrey of Sunrise Beach took off into the woods. Officers arrived and found both suspects hiding in the parking lot of the business. Fields had meth on him which he allegedly received from Humphrey. Humphrey was found to be in possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. Both suspects were taken to the Camden County Jail. Fields is charged with possession of a controlled substance. His bond is set at one thousand dollars. Humphrey is charged with possession with the intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held without bond.
