Alleged Drug Dealer Captures After Crashing Stolen Car

A man accused of dealing drugs in a stolen truck is facing charges after crashing into a car with people in it.

Sergeant Kaci Springer with Lebanon police.

She tells KRMS News police found a stolen gun and nearly 100 grams of methamphetamine in the stolen 2017 GMC truck, following the crash at the 1200 Block of Clark Street.

27-year-old Cody McGuire was arrested and is now charged with drug trafficking, unlawful possession of a firearm and resisting arrest.

McGuire’s being held in the Laclede County jail.
