Ameren Approved To Continue Low-Income Pilot Program

A request filed by Ameren Missouri seeking a variance from the company’s “Keeping Current Low-Income Pilot” tariff has been approved by the public service commission.

The approval allows for Ameren to waive indefinitely the program’s requirement that limits the missed, late or partial payments a customer can make to remain in the “Keeping Current Progam.”

The program was designed to provide assistance to eligible low-income families and the variance will help those who are facing difficulties because of COVID-19 impacts.
