Business customers have spoken about their overall opinion of Ameren Missouri and the majority of those in a new survey have good things to say of the utility company.
In fact it’s earned the highest ranking among Midwest utilities in the J.D. Power survey for overall business electric customer satisfaction.
The J.D. Power 2022 Electric Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study, now in its 24th year, measures satisfaction among business customers of 78 targeted U.S. electric utilities, each of which serves more than 50,000 business customers.
A news release from says Ameren Missouri’s strong performance in power quality and reliability, price, billing and payment, corporate citizenship, customer contact and communications show that the business community recognizes the commitment Ameren Missouri has to being a partner in their business.
This is the third time Ameren Missouri has earned this J.D. Power recognition from its business customers.
