Ameren customers will get some money back from the company if the Public Service Commission approves their recent request. Ameren is seeking to adjust their fuel and purchased power adjustment charge for the time period covering June through September of this year. If approved, the FAC for a typical customer will decrease by approximately $2.18 a month starting January 25th. The current rate is $1.99, meaning if approved, you’ll actually get a 19-cent refund. The PSC has set a deadline of November 30th for those seeking to comment or intervene.
