Ameren Gas Rates To Go Up Soon

Ameren Missouri customers are about to see a rate increase on natural gas.

Beginning November first, a rate increase of three cents per hundred cubic feet will kick in.

Right now customers are paying $.35 cents per hundred cubic feet.

The increase comes as Ameren is keeping up with the wholesale cost of natural gas.

Ameren serves over 130-thousand customers in 25 Missouri counties, including Miller, Morgan and Moniteau.
